Application scenarios of LVS:Vacuum distillation, vacuum drying, reaction kettle, etc.
The laboratory vacuum system LVS is the most ideal for vacuum distillation, vacuum drying, and solvent recovery. Especially by using a vacuum controller for process control, the vacuum pressure can be controlled, thereby making the workflow programmable, ensuring accurate and efficient vacuum distillation, as well as high recovery rate, energy saving, and environmental protection. The entire LVS system is coated with PTFE at the parts in contact with the gas, ensuring its resistance to chemical corrosion.
The structural characteristics of LVS laboratory vacuum system:
The LVS laboratory vacuum system is equipped with a chemically corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump with interfaces, condenser tubes, and recovery bottles. It is also equipped with an automatic vacuum controller or manual throttle valve as required. The shape and structure of the pump frame are designed according to the needs, and they can be modified at any time. The modular construction enables it to be applied to various fields and adapt to future needs. The LVS laboratory vacuum system consists of components that are resistant to chemical corrosion and have been specifically developed for laboratory vacuum applications. Acid mist and solvents can be cleared without any problem. All components are easily accessible, allowing for quick and convenient installation, maintenance, and upkeep.
Types of LVS laboratory vacuum systems:
LVS has two categories: automatic flow control with controller and non flow controller;
There are three types of LVS with controllers:
·Standard type, controlled by electromagnetic valve to regulate gas flow and achieve the purpose of controlling vacuum pressure.
·Economic type, achieves the purpose of controlling vacuum pressure by automatically turning off and on the motor.
·EF variable frequency control type achieves more precise control of vacuum pressure by changing the motor speed through a variable frequency motor.
